Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounting Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $85k-$115k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
General Accounting
  • Perform daily, weekly, and month-end accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain financial records in accordance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and applicable laws.
  • Lead and assist with quarterly and annual close processes, including participation in special accounting initiatives.

Cost Accounting
  • Conduct gross margin analysis across products, inventory, and overall business performance.
  • Evaluate job costing data to ensure accuracy and provide insight for pricing and forecasting.

Accounts Receivable, Collections & Credit
  • Oversee collections activities, including resolving past-due balances and securing outstanding payments.
  • Assess customer credit risk and make recommendations regarding approvals, denials, and credit limits.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payment expectations.

Cash Management
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash balances, financing, disbursements, and investments.
  • Analyze cash forecasts and address variances proactively.

Banking & ACH Administration
  • Manage banking transactions, including ACH processing for customers and vendors.

Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain required documentation to support ISO standards and compliance requirements.

Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required; experience in metals machining is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and business software, including email, document management, and database systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel; report writing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; demonstrates accountability and persistence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
