Each day brings a mix of responsibilities, from processing invoices and reconciling store reports to greeting visitors, supporting front-office activities, and supporting teams across our family of retail brands. If you enjoy variety, thrive in an organized environment, and take pride in accuracy and customer service, we'd love to meet you.

  • Reconciling daily store sales reports, deposits, and financial records.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
  • Supporting financial reporting, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Working with vendors and store teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documentation.

Front Office & Administrative Support
You'll help create a professional and welcoming corporate office by:

  • Support store operations, merchandising, and other corporate departments.
  • Communicate professionally with stores, vendors, and coworkers.

Successful candidates will have:
  • An Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent accounting experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, welcoming demeanor when interacting with employees, vendors, and visitors.

Experience in retail, multi-location organizations, financial reconciliations, or inventory processes is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including:
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
