Job description

Client Relationship Associate

  • Type: Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)
  • Pay: $23 per hour
  • Location: Hybrid in King of Prussia, PA
  • Hours: M-F, standard shift
  • Start Date: July

Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls from clients to assist clients to assist them with their investment needs.
  • Maintain familiarity with different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts)
  • Be able to understand basic rules and regulations governing the different account types
  • Provide guidance to individuals as they work through issues
  • Complete administrative tasks that correlate to client requests
  • Document and notate client interactions for case notes
  • Navigate multiple computer screens, resources, and software to provide accurate responses
  • Develop basic knowledge of products and services

Qualifications:

  • Passion for helping others and being able to demonstrate patience, care, and professionalism
  • Empathetic predisposition and can navigate difficult and sensitive client situations well
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills to relay complex information easily
  • Ability to document client situation through detailed clear notes
  • Attention for detail, thoroughness, and consistency in the work produced
  • Fast learner who can multi-task, and has a passion for continuous learning
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency by using resources to find solutions and meet metrics
  • Strong organizational skills to be able to prioritize client requests
