Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and supporting our existing Account Services Team. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact within our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, or in-person interactions, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize computerized systems to efficiently manage client accounts, enter/edit client orders, and provide reporting and data to clients and Account Service Reps.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed client support and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and increase sales.


Requirements

  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
