Our law firm is seeking a professional and dependable Legal Account Representative to assist callers with account and case-related matters over the phone. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, multitasks effectively, and remains calm under pressure.
In this position, you will help individuals navigate sensitive legal situations with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Strong customer service, phone support, or legal office experience is helpful but not required - we provide paid training for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a stable and supportive team environment.
Performance Responsibilities
  1. Manage incoming and outgoing phone communication regarding account and case related matters
  2. Interactions are possible with defendants, courts, employers, banks, and other 3rd party contacts
  3. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  4. Review account information to assist in addressing concerns and resolving payment-related matters
  5. Document conversations accurately
  6. Maintain respectful and professional communication in all interactions

Reports to: Legal Account Representative Manager
Salary: $20 per hour
Job Type:
Full-time or Part-time
Shift:
  • 8 hour shift for full time
  • Minimum 15 hours per week for part time
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:
  • Monday to Friday
