Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the Houston market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and commercial real estate professionals
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to assess needs and present tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and recommendations to clients
  • Close service, maintenance, repair, and project opportunities
  • Expand revenue within existing accounts while actively pursuing new relationships
  • Utilize CRM and business development tools to manage pipeline and track progress
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in commercial property management, facilities management, construction services, commercial real estate, or related fields

Compensation
