Victory Agency is hiring a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager in Houston, TX.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing an assigned personal lines book, and helping clients make confident coverage decisions. This role is a great fit for a licensed insurance professional who is strong in service, organized with follow-up, comfortable in AMS360, and interested in contributing to agency growth through retention, account rounding, referrals, and inbound new business opportunities.

What you will do:

·         Manage and service an assigned personal lines book
·         Handle renewals, remarketing, billing questions, endorsements, cancellations, and client follow-up
·         Quote and bind inbound personal lines opportunities and referrals
·         Identify account-rounding and cross-sell opportunities
·         Maintain accurate AMS360 documentation, suspense, attachments, and workflow follow-through
·         Help us deliver a consistent, professional, and high-touch client experience
What we are looking for:

·         Active Property & Casualty license
·         Personal lines account management experience
·         Strong client communication and follow-up skills
·         Attention to detail and commitment to documentation
·         Ability to work well with a team and follow agency workflows
·         Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
