JOB SUMMARY


The Account Coordinator is responsible for sourcing talent for current and upcoming projects. The Account Coordinator collaborates with field services coordinators/managers to assess the current and future staffing needs for field personnel. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will develop future staffing plans and provide resources to ensure current client projects are properly staffed. Candidates for this role should have strong communication skills, recruiting skills and data management skills. This role will be supporting our Field Services teams and their efforts to recruit and hire personnel nationwide.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE JOB

  • Works collaboratively with field services teams to identify staffing needs for upcoming and ongoing projects
  • Leads recruiting efforts for field services Construction Management & Inspection Field Services
  • Assist with the development of staffing plans for projects based on identified resource needs
  • Recruit field personnel for various client projects across the US
  • Screen and interview candidates and prepare resumes for client review
  • Formats resumes for submission and submits resumes through various client portals for approval and hire. Manages client feedback on resumes.
  • Create candidate pools and pipeline of available staff for current and upcoming projects
  • Assists with proposal development and submission of resumes from available personnel.
  • Manages resume database of candidates and communicates with potential hires and rehires
  • Manages active job postings and requests new job postings as needed
  • Collaborate with other company departments such as HR, Technology Solutions, Accounting, IT, and others to enhance resource management tools, systems, and information
  • Provides onboarding and offboarding support for department

Process new hires and all staffing changes in HR system, leads initial onboarding once personnel are selected for hire

Provides training to field personnel on timekeeping, expense reporting, and other database management

Communicate staffing changes accordingly with HR, Safety, IT & Project Teams and maintains all staffing plans and rosters

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years experience in a similar role or a Bachelors degree

1-2 years of experience in recruiting and staffing strongly preferred

Intermediate experience in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Possesses basic knowledge of phone, fax, and copier functions

Previous experience using SAP Programs (SAP Supplier Portal, SAP-Fieldglass)

Heavy data entry experience

Experience in Oil & Gas, pipeline services or construction industry strongly preferred

Experience in Human Resources is preferred
