Senior Account Executive

Position Summary
W Energy Software is a SaaS ERP platform serving the energy industry. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new logo growth across the energy value chain.

This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and serves as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You will identify and qualify opportunities, lead discovery, shape value propositions, build business cases, navigate complex buying processes, negotiate contracts, and transition closed deals to delivery. You are accountable for pipeline creation, quota attainment, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Prospect and qualify enterprise opportunities within the energy sector

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and industry engagement

  • Conduct discovery to understand client needs and define solution fit

Sales Execution

  • Lead complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles end-to-end

  • Develop ROI-driven value propositions and business cases

  • Influence evaluation criteria and guide clients through selection processes

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
