This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit - where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.Â

What youll do
- Delivering annual sales and profit objectives set by the APC SBUÂ
- Development of a strategic plan consistent with APC SBU business objectives
- Communication of strategic plans to regional teams as needed, as well as accountability for implementation and execution of those plansÂ
- Communication of the value generated at the local level, to the corporate level.Â
- Regular Business Reviews to ensure our plan is aligned with customer business objectives and strategiesÂ
- Responsible for managing RFP and RFQ processÂ
- Expertise in the selling and value quantification processÂ
- Dotted line responsibility for coaching and development of field sales & TCS personnelÂ
- New technology and value proposition introduction at the strategic levelÂ
- Shared responsibility with Technical Service management for allocating resources to meet business objectivesÂ
- Coordination of key account visits at Henkel sitesÂ
- Appropriate strategic entertainmentÂ
- Responsible for management of T&EÂ
