As a Home Care Account Executive, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior living communities, and other strategic partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market
  • Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and community outreach activities
  • Educate referral partners, clients, families, and community members about Interim HealthCare’s services
  • Generate referrals and contribute to the growth of the home care business
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a positive experience for clients and referral partners
  • Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and other local activities
  • Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to strengthen the agency’s presence in the community
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, contacts, and business development efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships that encourage long-term partnerships

A few must-haves for Home Care Account Executive:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, home care, senior care, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
