Looking to make a TON of money? mHelpDesk, is looking for YOU!!! We build products that solve real problems and focus on the experience of the end user. We're looking for an experienced sales person who is technically savvy and is quick on their feet. mHelpDesk is extremely customizable and our sales specialists need to be able to understand customer requirements to tailor their account to their needs. This person must be able to proactively identify and prioritize their accounts to focus efforts on those with perceived churn risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe.

Identify and call local businesses to drive new client acquisition.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.

Perform market research; top performers will help test new products and services.

Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.

ABOUT YOU:

Efficient in Browser Based Applications & Mobile Based Applications.

Able to manage multiple leads on a monthly cycle.

Experience in prioritizing leads and activities, researching prospects and positioning products within the context of business requirements.

Able to thrive in a startup environment-moves quickly, thinks strategically and is good at tactical execution.

Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.

Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player

DESIRED - NOT REQUIRED:

Prior sales closing experience within a SaaS environment preferred.

3-5 years inside sales or account management experience selling a multi-tennant SaaS product.

Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging phone presence.

Track record of customer retention and growth in past positions.

NICE TO HAVE:

Knowledge of help-desk ticketing solutions.

Experience with service management software.

Qualifications
