Software Solution Sales Consultant (Inside Sales)
Leading solution software company servicing the staffing and recruiting industry is looking for an experienced, driven Inside Sales professional to join their growing team! If you have a background in software sales and a passion for building relationships and closing deals, this could be the perfect opportunity. (ERP a plus)
Must live around Rosemont, IL or suburbs of Chicago.
What You’ll Do:
• Prospect and connect with decision-makers in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Drive new business through calls, email, marketing campaigns, and trade shows
• Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Build strong client relationships that turn into long-term partnerships
• Prepare proposals and close deals
• Track all sales activity in CRM and meet weekly performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven software sales experience (required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with a solutions-oriented mindset
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
