Barton Professional Placement Group is recruiting for an exciting direct hire career opportunity for an experienced Software Sales Consultant for our client located in the NW Chicago area.

Great Hybrid role with an excellent Bonus/Commission Structure!
Base Salary range of 80-100K (Depending on experience)

Software Sales Consultant Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Call on prospective companies from a robust company database
• Prospect decision makers to secure new business
• Utilize phone, email, marketing campaigns and trade shows to connect with prospective new clients
• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects from our database
• Document each sales activity in company CRM
• Demonstrate software products
• Gain in-depth knowledge of software products and services
• Continuing education/learning of ongoing software enhancements
• Build relationships with prospective and new clients resulting in genuine business partnerships
• Conduct Discovery Calls
• Prepare software proposals
• Close business
