The Academic Manager acts as the strategic anchor for instructional quality, teacher performance, academic operations, and cross-departmental collaboration. This role ensures that teaching standards, student experience, and academic workflows operate at peak efficiency. In addition to leading teacher development, overseeing coordinators, driving academic quality assurance, managing escalations, and ensuring alignment between Academic, CS, HR, Admissions, Marketing, and IT.

The Academic Manageralso plays a critical role in driving school renewal rates by maintaining high academic performance standards, ensuring parent satisfaction, and supporting the consistency and quality required to sustain and grow partner-school retention. Responsibilities Academic Leadership & Teacher Performance Monitor and assess the implementation of the Mongi-Immerse methodology. Address academic concerns and support students in achieving their language goals.

Academic Operations & Quality Assurance Qualifications Bachelors' Degree in English, Education, or a related field (English preferred). Master's Degree or PhD in Education or Business Administration is a strong plus. 7โ€“10 years of progressive experience in academic management.

Proven background in ESL/ELT methodology, instructional leadership, and teacher development. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum innovation, academic planning, and implementing learning frameworks. Solid track record in academic quality assurance, observation cycles, and performance management.
