Troy 7 Inc. Temporary Operations Advisor (Part-Time, Short term) Job Summary Troy7 is seeking an Operations Advisor to provide part-time, Short-term support for the Test Facilities Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering (TFOME) contract at NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. This position serves as a trusted advisor to program leadership, providing operational expertise, institutional knowledge, and strategic guidance to support successful contract execution and continuity of operations. Essential Duties * Advise program leadership on operational readiness, maintenance planning, and contract execution.
* Provide technical guidance on facility operations, maintenance, utilities, and work management processes.
* Share institutional knowledge, site-specific procedures, and customer expectations to support operational continuity.
* Support customer engagement, program planning, and operational decision-making.
* Recommend improvements to maintenance planning, work prioritization, and operational processes.
* Assist in developing and reviewing operational procedures, documentation, and best practices.
* Participate in meetings and provide technical recommendations on program initiatives and special projects. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting facility operations, maintenance, industrial plant systems, or federal operations and maintenance programs.
* Previous leadership experience in operations, maintenance, or program management.
* Experience supporting NASA Glenn Research Center or similar federal facilities preferred.
* Strong communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
* Ability to obtain and maintain required site access credentials.
