HIRING IMMEDIATELY: OPERATIONS MANAGER IN NAZARETH, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Operations Manager to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for providing senior-level managerial and operational support by overseeing the daily operations of the distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to independently implement and manage operational programs, high proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management software (WMS), and college-level education with 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse management.   • Starting at $36.06/hour

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level managerial and operational support by overseeing the daily operations of the distribution center
  • Oversee and coordinate all operational activities within the distribution center
  • Assign managers, supervisors, and warehouse associates their respective duties
  • Manage warehouse schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts
  • Establish and enforce operational procedures for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and maintaining warehouse inventories
  • Coordinate distribution center activities with transportation providers to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Manage system processes and records control.
  • Oversee employee safety programs and general training initiatives
  • Assist with the reclamation of damaged merchandise and ensure proper reporting of donations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations
  • Implement department standards and guidelines
  • Manage the performance review process in accordance with HR and corporate policies
  • Oversee customer service functions to ensure timely resolution of client issues
