This role acts as the primary point of coordination for IT financial management and strategic tracking, ensuring transparency, discipline, and alignment between IT leadership, Finance partners, and enterprise stakeholders. The position requires a leader who can think strategically, execute tactically, and drive clarity through structure, balancing long-term planning with the rigor of day-to-day execution. This individual will lead complex financial and strategic workflows, support transformation initiatives, and provide high-quality insights to IT and enterprise leadership.**Responsibilities And Duties:**IT Financial Management & Planning Serve as the primary financial liaison for IT administrative and strategic areas, including: Lead annual IT operating and capital budgeting activities (planning, development, and submission) in partnership with IT leaders and Finance Own monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, forecasting, and executive-ready summaries Act as the conduit between IT and Finance partners, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely communication Support capital planning and portfolio prioritization, including business case development and funding governance Track financial performance of strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to approved funding and outcomes Identify opportunities for financial optimization, reinvestment, and risk mitigation Strategic Planning, Tracking & Reporting Support enterprise and IT-wide strategy execution by: Maintaining and updating corporate and IT dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting Tracking progress against IT strategic pillars, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives Coordinating inputs for enterprise planning cycles, board-level reporting, and leadership reviews Ensuring consistency of metrics, definitions, and reporting narratives across IT Transformation & Change Enablement Enable effective delivery of internal change efforts by: Supporting large-scale IT transformation and organizational change initiatives Applying structured change management principles to ensure adoption and sustainability Partnering with leaders to define success measures, milestones, and communication plans Providing execution rigor across initiatives spanning people, process, and technology changes Project & Initiative Management Provide disciplined execution support across administrative and strategic initiatives: Lead or support cross-functional projects with defined scope, timelines, and outcomes Apply project and portfolio management practices to ensure accountability and progress Facilitate
