  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, poolers, and internal stakeholders regarding pooling program execution.
  • Monitor implementation performance, issue resolution, and operational readiness during startup and stabilization.
  • Establish effective working relationships that support successful program execution across the network.

Operating Standards & Field Execution

  • Define customer, pooler, and operational requirements for the pooling program portfolio and provide operational input to Operational Transformation & Performance for the development and governance of standards, procedures, and work instructions. Monitor field execution against approved requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear operating expectations, controls, and field execution standards.
  • Ensure implementation, adoption, and compliance with approved pooling program standards across participating locations.
  • Identify and address operational readiness, training, and execution gaps impacting performance.

Asset Accountability, Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain program quality and compliance through audits, operational reviews, performance analysis, and field engagement.
  • Monitor adherence to customer requirements, operating standards, and approved work practices across participating locations.
  • Own asset accountability across participating locations, including declaration of accuracy, transfer controls, asset recovery, and loss and damage exposure.
  • Own pooler invoice reconciliation, validation of billing accuracy, non-conformance charge resolution, and chargeback management.
  • Drive corrective actions that improve compliance, asset control, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
Performance Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Maintain reporting that provides visibility into program performance, asset utilization, compliance, financial exposure, operational risks, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze operational and financial trends and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership and customers.
  • Lead operational reporting and performance analysis for customer business reviews and internal operating reviews.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, customer requests, and implementation of activities across Operations, Finance, Quality, Safety, Account Management, Operational Transformation & Performance, and other support functions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, pallet pooling, supply chain, asset management, customer program management, or related environments.
  • Experience with pooled assets, warehousing, transportation, depot, repair, or customer-managed supply chain operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of operational controls, asset accountability practices, compliance requirements, financial reconciliation, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into executable operational processes and standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence execution across multiple functions without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 65% based on customer, implementation, audit, and site support requirements.
