The Work:

  • Own solution design across manufacturing master data including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, production resources/tools, control keys, order types, availability checks, and scheduling parameters.

  • Lead SAP Production Planning and Execution implementation projects from fit-to-standard workshops and design through configuration, build, integration testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.

  • Facilitate cross-functional design workshops and drive key design decisions with clear recommendations, standard SAP leading practices, and process alignment across planning, procurement, inventory, quality, warehousing, plant maintenance, and finance.

  • Support Industrials clients with complex manufacturing scenarios such as high-volume assembly, engineered products, configurable products, long lead-time components, multi-level BOMs, variant configuration, and multi-plant production networks.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP PP and production execution processes, ensuring process stability, data integrity, user adoption, and operational performance.

  • Collaborate with project teams, delivery leads, client stakeholders, and Accenture capability leaders to create differentiated SAP Production Planning and Industrials manufacturing offerings, templates, and delivery assets

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's what you Need:

  • Experience delivering at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP PP or S/4HANA manufacturing implementation in a functional lead, solution lead, architect, or delivery leadership role.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO-PC, product costing, inventory management, and reporting/analytics processes.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP manufacturing master data and execution data, including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, planned orders, production/process orders, confirmations, goods issues, goods receipts, and production variances.

  • Strong understanding of Industrials manufacturing processes including discrete manufacturing, engineer-to-order, make-to-order, make-to-stock, repetitive manufacturing, subcontracting, and complex assembly operations.

  • Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
