SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the VP of Client Success, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day screening program for your book of business. As a strategic adviser to your accounts, youhave the opportunity toexpand Data Facts' footprint with your customers and work diligently to develop and enhance resilient client relationships.

Relationship Cultivation and Strategic Management

  • Maintain full ownership of a book of business including accounts between $5K-$40K in annual revenue
  • Act as a strategic adviser to your client base by being the "go to" person for strategic account needs
  • Become an industry expert to better understand each client's organizational dynamics
  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stability

Metrics, Reporting and Client Strategy

  • Conduct regular business reviews using value add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs
  • Monitor and analyze development and strategic progression for all client accounts

Consultative Selling to Existing Business

  • Create account plans as a road map to grow customer revenue and deliver world-class client satisfaction
  • Grow customer book of business to target vs. prior year, driven by existing revenue retention and closing new business
  • Implement long-term contract agreements with clients to review and grow revenue
  • Purpose additional products and services to expand footprint within existing accounts
  • Perform other administrative duties asrequire

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven success in strategic account management/client success/sales experience with at least 2-4 years of experience. Work requires completion of high school or equivalent, (Bachelor's degree strongly preferred). Superior program management, presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency using computer skills including the use of Word, Excel, Access, CRM Platform and the Internet, and knowledge of general functions. Work requires thorough knowledge of internet search queries, customer service and general department operations. Experience working with all levels of Human Resources and/or Asset Protection departments. Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within an organization and successfully handle objections. Familiarity with system software and industry guidelines is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normal office environment. Willingness to travel, approximately 25%.
