Work You'll Do

As a Manager on the HR Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Exploring innovative solutions such as artificial intelligence, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms to deliver Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients
  • Lead HR shared services, service delivery, and operating model design projects to enhance employee experience and drive client outcomes
  • Act as a Project Manager by monitoring and mitigating project risks to ensure exemplary delivery while cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships as a trusted go-to resource for HR strategy knowledge.
  • Develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies that deliver superior client results by proactively monitoring and mitigating project risks while applying emerging Digital HR technology trends to shape how clients deliver HR services.
  • Utilize your leadership experience to mentor and develop other members of the HRS&O team
  • Engage in business development and eminence activities to build the practice 

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following: HR strategy, HR shared services and service delivery, HR employee experience, HR operating model, or digital HR strategy, including supporting HR transformation, process optimization, or HR service delivery improvement initiatives
  • 1+ year of experience in a consulting environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in helping drive RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating HR products and services
  • Experience in carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading end-to-end business development pursuits
  • Advanced degree in related specialization area
  • Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
