M&R Sales and Digital is expanding its technology footprint in 2026 and is seeking a Director / Senior Manager – Technology Strategy & Operations to partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategy execution, improve organizational effectiveness, and enable scalable growth. This role operates at the intersection of technology strategy, execution governance, and executive communication, with a strong emphasis on technical storytelling and organizational hygiene.
·                 Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement
·                 Partner closely with the VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across the Sales & Digital technology portfolio
·                 Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
·                 Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including AI adoption strategy, engineering productivity improvements, and Learning & Development strategy
·                 Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on technology strategy, operating models, and transformation efforts
·                 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
·                 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles
·                 Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership
