Overview:As a Strategy & Execution Manager, you will operate as a key extension of the VP of North America, driving critical initiatives across the business and ensuring execution against our highest-priority objectives. This is a highly dynamic, high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can step into a wide range of functions to move the company forward.
You will work across sales, operations, marketing, and product-identifying gaps, solving problems, and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. From internal operations to external customer-facing initiatives, you will play a central role in scaling the business.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Initiatives & Execution-Own and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
    -Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear timelines and accountability.
    - Identify operational gaps and step in to solve them quickly and effectively.
    -Track progress against key initiatives and ensure consistent execution across teams.
  • CEO / VP Office Support- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO + VP, North America across day-to-day operations and strategic priorities.
    - Prepare materials, analyses, and insights to support decision-making.
    - Manage and coordinate key meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications.
    - Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Operations & Problem Solving - Jump into a variety of functions (sales ops, finance, deployments, marketing, partnerships) as needed.
    - Build and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
    - Analyze data across the business to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    - Support execution of customer deployments and key accounts when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Work closely with sales, finance, engineering, operations, and marketing to drive alignment.
    - Facilitate communication between teams to remove blockers and accelerate progress.
    - Support planning cycles, forecasting, and business reviews.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results.
  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where roles are not rigidly defined.
