Regional Account Manager / Collections Leader

Superior Auto, Inc. / SAC Finance | Multiple locations

Superior Auto, Inc. / SAC Finance is looking for a hands-on Regional Account Manager / Collections Leader who can coach dealership teams, strengthen account performance, and drive results across multiple locations. This field-based leadership role gives you the be in your dealerships daily to help them solve problems, develop your team, and make a visible impact. We’ll set you up for success with paid 3–6 month training, occasional overnight travel during training, and a company vehicle with fuel support for territory travel.

What you’ll lead

  • Train and mentor teams on policies, best practices, and compliance expectations.
  • Use reports, trends, and field observations to identify opportunities and keep performance moving forward.
What you’ll bring
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience with a passion for helping teams grow and succeed.
  • Collections, finance, or automotive experience is a strong advantage.
  • Clear communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • A positive, consistent approach to accountability and performance improvement.
  • Organization, adaptability, and confidence using reports and systems to guide decisions.
