Job Description
The base salary range for this position is $90k - $100k.
Join our team as Project Manager and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for managing projects and annual capital expenditure (CapEx) of the resort.
  • Develop and manage annual capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets aligned with ownership and business goals.
  • Does the timely ordering and purchasing of all project related items, equipment, furniture, supplies, and services. Essential to the process would be the negotiation of the best price for value. Obtains two to three bids or quotations as applicable to facilitate this process. Processes purchase requisitions on a timely basis. Follow-ups on orders to ensure specifications are met.
  • The Capital Project Manager oversees planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of capital improvement projects across hotel properties to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, brand standards, and asset value.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations teams to minimize guest disruption during project execution.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee design development, contractor selection, procurement, and construction administration.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with brand and operational requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and financial updates to leadership and ownership groups.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including permits, drawings, warranties, and closeout records.
  • Partner with departments such as Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Procurement for seamless project delivery.
  • Participate in management training sessions, communication and planning meetings.
  • Participate in employee and community relations functions.
  • Participate in Promotional Events outside of the resort as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum: High School Graduate.
  • PMP certification (Project Management Institute) preferred.
  • Minimum: 1+ years of project management or similar experience in hospitality, commercial construction, or facilities capital projects.
