Job Description
The base salary for this position is $23.58 hourly.
As our Beach Club Host, you will accommodate and greet our guests with aloha and ensure their seating arrangements are as requested and to the best of our ability.

  • Manage beach reservations using software, including upselling halau reservations.
  • Answer phones promptly and courteously, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • Set up floor plans, create guest profiles, and check menus for cleanliness.
  • Stock host area supplies and maintain a clean environment.
  • Use radio and wirekit for discreet communication with staff.
  • Sell beach club retail items when available.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Maintain knowledge of resort facilities and operations.
  • Be available for all shifts and hours as required.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • High School education preferred.

Experience:
  • Previous related experience preferred.

Other:
  • Ability to obtain Tuberculosis clearance.
  • CPR and/or first aid certifications preferred.
