POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for all pricing of labels at Iconex, including the accurate costing of production and the appropriate application of margin based on market conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cost Estimating

• Estimating production rates, material costs, and waste factors for existing and new labels products
• Collaborating with operations team to ensure products can be produced internally
• Working with procurement to obtain accurate costs for outside products

Price Optimization

• Supporting pricing for the Iconex sales team in labels
• Construction of full profit and loss sheets to show customer profitability
• Project management of timely Iconex responses to customer requests for proposal that can include multiple products and rounds of bidding

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Strong organizational skills, and a great attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Experience in LabelTraxx, Madiwor, TwistPrint, or other estimating software a plus
• Minimum travel (<5%) is required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in market research, business administration, finance, or similar experience
• 5+ years of labels manufacturing experience or related field
