Job Title: Desktop Refresh Technician
Location: Overland Park, KS (On-site)
Duration: 3 months contract
We are currently recruiting for an exciting short-term contract Refresh Technician role with our client in Overland Park, KS. Our client is a dynamic company that values innovation and teamwork. We're looking for an individual who is customer service-driven and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Refresh with Users
- Coordinate Data Transfer
- Install Required Software
- Post-Upgrade Support and Sign-Off
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with users.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of data transfer methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with installing and configuring software applications.
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Note: This is a short-term contract position with an immediate start date.
