LMFT, LCSW, AMFT, Therapist Position

We have an immediate opening for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Social Worker or AMFT Applicable at our practice in San Diego; this can be full or part time. We need a confident therapist to assist our clients. This position consists of completing psychological assessments, offering monthly support in the form of groups and individual sessions and also providing therapy for couples and individuals going through the family building journey. In this role you will be assess for mental stability and potential psychological risks for our clients. You will be working alongside another Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (owner) and will be assisting with the psychological needs of our Surrogates, Egg Donors and Intended Parents.

Position: You will be working with clients mainly conducting monthly therapeutic check ins with surrogates and egg donors and assisting with psychological support as needed. This position will also assist with psychological assessments for potential Surrogates, Egg Donors and Intended Parents to assess for mental stability. We need a therapist that will be able to work with individuals and families from all backgrounds. This person would need to be able to maintain confidentiality records as well as utilize our database to maintain accurate notes for clients. As an MFT you will need to complete tasks in a timely manner and follow documentation procedures. You must be able to work as a team and communication is essential for this position.

This position will also involve therapeutic support groups via telehealth. You will be responsible for running support groups for our current surrogates monthly. We are a fast paced company that is always changing and looking for new ways to grow. This position offers a lot of area for personal and professional growth for a clinician.

We are in office part time and work from home part time; this is a hybrid position. Our office is open Monday - Friday.

Education:

* Masters Degree (Required)

* LMFT/ LCSW License or AMFT License (Required)

* 2 Years Clinical Counseling (preferred)

Requirements/Qualifications: Experience working with families, and adults in a therapeutic setting. You must be able to run and create new contact for monthly groups. You need to have the ability to work in a fast paced environment that is always changing. Working as a team and having good communication is necessary.
