• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an unbiased approach towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and certifications.
