Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-Time
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an LMFT to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Arkansas. In this role, you will conduct virtual sessions, help clients navigate relationship and family concerns, and use your clinical expertise to guide the direction of care.

Your work will include connecting with clients, identifying areas of focus, supporting progress through therapy, and keeping accurate records to ensure consistent care throughout treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Explore relationship dynamics, family concerns, and emotional challenges affecting clients
  • Create therapy goals and adjust the focus of care as client needs change
  • Use appropriate marriage and family therapy approaches during sessions
  • Maintain organized and timely clinical notes and treatment records
  • Participate in clinical discussions and collaborate with team members when needed
  • Follow confidentiality requirements, ethical guidelines, and Arkansas LMFT standards

Requirements

  • Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
  • Experience providing therapy via telehealth
  • Ability to manage a consistent caseload
