Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Full-Time

Location: Mississippi – Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide structured virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Mississippi. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, lead scheduled therapy sessions, and monitor progress over time.

This is a full-time telehealth position for an LMFT who wants a consistent weekday schedule while continuing meaningful clinical work from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth sessions
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's goals
  • Evaluate client progress and make treatment adjustments when needed
  • Complete clinical notes and required documentation accurately and on time
  • Assess risk and respond appropriately to safety or crisis concerns
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards during virtual care

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license to practice in Mississippi
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a program meeting Mississippi licensing requirements
  • Clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Ability to provide professional care through a telehealth platform
  • Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual communication systems
