SUMMARY:

Initiates, coordinates, and executes administrative support to sales and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the District Sales Managers by coordinating reports and communicating information to and from individual stores.
  • Takes a lead role in handling basic to complex internal and external customer service issues in a professional manner.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Handles confidential and non-routine information.
  • Conducts research; compiles and prepares statistical reports.
  • Updates and maintains the store schedules.
  • Coordinates meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
  • Proactively establishes, and maintains a highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records for sales and customer service-related information. Performs other general clerical duties, as needed, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Timings: 08:00 am - 04:30 pm

Hourly Pay range: $26.00 - $29:00

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Open Insight, and Internet Explorer
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace


PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

  • Sit for prolonged periods.
  • Accurately complete detailed reports.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Moderate noise level with an open office noise environment.
