Position Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Location: This job is based out of Lakewood, Colorado

Travel: Minimal travel required

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will work with business leaders to understand and fulfill the human capital resource needs of their assigned business area(s). In this fast -paced role, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting. This position will be a continuous outreach contact to active and passive candidates to help develop the companies sourcing methods.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively Partner with head of HR to understand unique hiring needs
  • Develop a close relationship with Corporate teams to understand leasing manager and spa staff needs/candidate requirements
  • Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent across WH Corporate units
  • Obtain reference checks, background checks, and due diligence on associate candidates; and see the hiring process through the offer and acceptance stage.
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis for all roles within the company and future positions to attract and retain top talent
  • Provide full cycle recruiting services across all disciplines including candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation and candidate follow ups
  • Conduct a 30 day follow up to all placed candidates to learn about onboarding experience. Report feedback to head of HR for follow up with managers
  • Provide weekly updates regarding the hiring pipeline to head of HR and other internal stakeholders
  • Proactively reach out to candidates to build and maintain relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Use candidate feedback to strategize with the Head of HR on initiatives that will drive the companies goal of being a top place to work in franchising
  • Assist with offer presentation and on-boarding process
  • Research and implement tactics to promote legal, ethical and moral hiring process that ensure the companies compliance with state and federal laws
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor insights to advise hiring managers effectively
  • Maintain statistics on time to hire; introduce tactics to decrease time to hire
  • Work with hiring managers to identify preferred hiring pipeline and team - schedule all interviews
  • Form and maintain key partnerships with nearby massage and provider schools, attend key staffing events when needed
  • Form positive relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively identify desired characteristics of new candidates, create interview assessments for skilled positions and form an interview team
  • Create job postings for spa employee opportunities via career plug
  • Partner with in-brand marketing teams to create brand appropriate candidate materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • 2-5 years of staffing/recruitment experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Adobe Pro
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work, rapidly adapt to changing environment and possess strong work ethics.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented while possessing an ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, particularly with peers and new employees.
  • Ability to accept responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them on schedule.
  • Ability to communicate information efficiently and succinctly.
  • Ability to work in a traditional office setting
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources field preferred
  • Prior experience with a recruiting agency or high volume recruiting

Compensation: The salary range for this role is set to $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate on experience. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus, pending the ability to effectively place and retain key hires. The bonus structure will be further clarified and discussed during the interview process. All bonuses are subject to board approval
