Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour

The Passenger Service Ramp Agent provide customer service to passengers as well as inbound/outbound aircraft.
What does a Passenger Service Ramp Agent do?
- Meet and greet Customers with tickets
- Provide assistance to passengers as requested or required
- Monitors ticket counter and self-service check-in queue activity
- Assist with the ticketing and boarding process, gate, and baggage services
- Provide ground support of inbound and outbound aircraft including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, aircraft servicing, driving motorized equipment
- Cleaning of aircraft interior
- Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
What skills are required to Join the Team?
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
- Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
- Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions as it relates to the role
Language Skills:
· Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
· Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
· Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
