What are some common challenges faced by Air Ramp Agents and how can they be addressed?

Air Ramp Agents often work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments where weather conditions and tight schedules can add to the pressure. Common challenges include handling heavy cargo safely, coordinating with flight crews and other ground staff, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
