Job Description

E-commerce Coordinator

Location: Apex, North Carolina (Remote candidates considered)

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client’s online presence and enhancing the overall user experience. You will manage various aspects of their e-commerce operations, including merchandising, product uploads, and website performance analysis. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day operations of the brand’s Shopify online stores, including digital merchandising, product uploads, and running ecommerce reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help develop and execute e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing sales and improving user experience
Monitor the performance of the website through tools like Google Analytics and Shopify data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Lead testing and implementation of supplementary tracking tools to enhance website/email performance and user experience
Collaborate with the creative team to gather assets for ecommerce and email and ensure the timely execution of website updates and email deployment

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
