Job title: Functional Lead

Role Descriptions:
Working in production support environment
Must be available on call to handle any critical issues / system outages.
Triaging of issues and providing resolutions to the business users
Identifying recurring issues and suggesting permanent fixes
Along with support| will be responsible for providing consultation and solutions built in the area of QAD E-Commerce functionality| ensure successful delivery| individually participate and contributes on any issues that may affect application functionality
Essential Skills: Extensive understanding of QAD E-Commerce Module.Should have extensive Hands-On work experience on QAD E-Commerce Module.Must have experience in EDI Translations| Process Maps and Transformation maps Experience in Design / Build and Testing E-Commerce functional / Technical solutions. Good understanding of EDI file formats like ANSI X12 / EDIFACT and different messages like schedule releases / ASN / Invoice etc.Knowledge of basic workflow of B2B application like IBM SI etc. Expertise on development using PROGRESS 4 GL programming Language

Experience Required: 8-10
