Summary: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Systems Manager to lead the creation, implementation, and management of our enterprise systems in support of business e-commerce. This role involves collaborating with business leadership to develop e-commerce strategies, ensuring integration with existing enterprise architecture, and maintaining the currency of new technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leadership to develop and prioritize e-commerce strategies.
  • Ensure the integration of Internet/Extranet systems architecture with existing enterprise frameworks.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce service concepts, including pricing, packaging, and product offerings.
  • Oversee site transaction and partnership strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop promotional plans with senior management.
  • Manage integration of the website with Product Development, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including input from marketing groups and managing the editorial calendar.
  • Identify and manage technology development partners and external vendors.
  • Maintain awareness of new technologies and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
  • Possess project management responsibility for all e-commerce development work.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, including Web/Internet, database applications, and data warehousing.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and development of e-commerce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
