Job description

We are looking for Full Time AND Part Time Spa attendant/Front desk associate! We are looking for an energetic, positive team mate with previous spa, fitness, or wellness experience.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients warmly, checking them in and out with care and efficiency.

• Manage client communication across email, social media, phone, and text like a pro. We value response speed highly.

• Encourage repeat visits by prebooking appointments to ensure client retention.

• Promote and educate clients about memberships, focusing on consistently hitting sales targets.

• Deliver top-tier hospitality to ensure every client feels valued and cared for.

• Strategically book appointments to help keep our therapists’ schedules running smoothly – your ability to book efficiently directly impacts teammates’ income!

• Handle payments and kindly enforce policies like late cancellation rules.

• Solve problems with a can-do attitude and know that multitasking is part of the role.

• Pitch in with team housekeeping – if you see it, clean it!

  • General daily housekeeping - must be obsessed with cleanliness!
  • Keep laundry fully stocked and organized daily
  • Facilitate infrared sauna sessions for clients and answer questions they may have
  • Responsible for upkeep of supplies and equipment
  • Wear many hats – and rock them all – to support the team and clients!
