Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Management & Expansion: Manage relationships with hundreds of existing vendors and aggressively source new suppliers to expand our product portfolio.

- Extensive Travel & Trade Shows: Frequently attend national/international beauty trade shows to discover competitive new products and negotiate with vendors.

- Field-Based Merchandising: Visit 4 retail locations to audit product placement, monitor "dead stock," and ensure every PO leads to maximum sales velocity.

- Strategic PO Execution: Analyze POS data alongside real-time store insights to determine precise order quantities and timing.

- Continuous Follow-up: Maintain rigorous communication with vendors regarding lead times, pricing, and product performance to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements

- Networking & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage hundreds of vendors and collaborate with on-site store management.

- Analytical Grounding: Proficiency in Excel is mandatory for tracking vast amounts of vendor and sales data.

- Operational Agility: Ability to handle frequent travel and a fast-paced environment that bridges the office, the store, and trade shows.

- High Learning Potential: Willingness to learn our specialized end-to-end purchasing system (from initial sourcing to final store placement).

- Language: Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred for effective vendor and internal communication.
