Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meticulously checking and packing food and goods in accordance with airline specifications, ensuring the accurate allocation of meals for each flight, timely packing, and correct assignment.
• Conducts thorough inspections and packing of aircraft galley equipment to guarantee compliance with airline guidelines.
• Assists in the setup of trays, preparation, and packaging of food items.
• Conducts physical counts and packs additional equipment or products as needed to maintain inventory accuracy and completeness.
• Reports any issues with the food safety management system to the supervisor and the hygiene and food safety team, ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.
• Coordinate activities of the quality control team

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in checking and packing food and goods.
• Familiarity with airline specifications for packing and allocation of meals.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections of aircraft galley equipment.
• Experience in setup of trays, food preparation, and packaging.
• Proficiency in conducting physical counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety management systems and ability to report issues.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong coordination skills to oversee quality control team activities.
