NOW HIRING: Quality Control Inspector – Welded Products | Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support inspection of welded products in a fast-paced manufacturing/job shop environment.

Position Overview

This hands-on role involves performing in-process and final inspections of welded components to ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with drawings and specifications. This position works closely with fabrication teams on the production floor to maintain quality standards and identify issues before final release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect welded parts and assemblies for quality, fit-up, and conformance to specifications
  • Perform in-process and final inspections in a manufacturing environment
  • Identify weld defects or quality concerns and communicate findings to production teams
  • Use calipers, tape measures, weld gauges, and other inspection tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing instructions
Qualifications
  • Previous quality control inspection experience with welded products
  • Knowledge of visual weld inspection standards and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Comfortable working in a physical industrial/shop environment
  • CWI certification or related welding inspection experience preferred
