Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team and ensure that our services consistently meet high-quality standards before reaching our clients. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our services through inspection, testing, and evaluation processes. This role is well-suited for students or early-career professionals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with video footage and data tracking systems. Your findings will be documented and communicated to ensure compliance with established criteria and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
· Review Daily Production Records: Assess daily production logs to verify if any CCTV work was completed
· Update Production to Smartsheet: Enter and manage production data in Smartsheet, ensuring accurate and timely updates for project tracking and reporting
· Update Received Videos to Smartsheet: Track and verify the receipt of all CCTV videos from the region and maintain accurate updates in Smartsheet
· Record Codes from Footage for Client Reference: Capture and document relevant codes or identifiers from CCTV footage for client reference and record-keeping
· Communicate Effectively with Clients and Accounting: Liaise with clients and accounting teams to provide updates, address questions, and resolve issues related to production data and footage

Qualifications:
· Proficiency with computer-based tasks
· Experience working with video files or basic video editing software is a plus (ideal for students with media or tech backgrounds)
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
