Roles and Responsibility

We are looking for a Lead Carpenter to manage a team and perform Selective Demolition tasks to bring projects to completion. This position is responsible for setting up the job site, understanding the scope of work to be completed, setting production goals, performing the work, and conducting the final quality inspection.

Ideal Candidate

An ideal candidate will have broad experience in residential & commercial remodeling. This individual must be proficient in the use and safe handling of power tools. In addition to experience, we need our people to align with our company core values and objectives. This person will partner with company leadership as we continue to invest in and develop our team members along their career path. MSP Demolition is in an exciting time of growth and development and we are eager to add another team member to our company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience
• Able to work full time (40+ hours a week)
• Communicate well with staff and customers
• Be coachable and teachable
• Conduct themselves professionally
• Have a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
