About The Job
- Work 40 hours per week Tuesday-Saturday
- Handle customer inquiries and problems
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions in a variety of computer programs, websites and e-systems
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- 3-5 years of Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and in our electronic communications
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy call center
- Positive and professional demeanor & teamwork. The ability to deescalate angry customers and assure them a positive outcome
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- $1000 Sign on Bonus - with excellent attendance and punctuality!
