About the Role

This experienced self-motivated Customer Service Representative- Medical Software Support role requires light technical skills, customer support skills, and great communications skills with knowledge of navigating software and troubleshooting software usage.

What You Will Do

• Answer questions regarding Company's software applications and supported modules in a pleasant, effective, and proficient manner.
• DiagnoseSolve basic and complex customer questions or problems with Company's supported modules. This would include areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality, and diagnosing bugs
• Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may not have standard documented solutions.
• The ability to document new issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Track and document incoming support requests and properly decipher customer problems and issues.
• Stay up to date on technology with Company's current and new modules, changes in the healthcare industry, and product design changes.

• Prior help desk experience or experience providing software support to external customers helpful
• Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to resolve challenging issues in an effective manner.
• Capable of thinking on your feet, working well in a team atmosphere, self-motivated, and a dedication to the job at hand.

• Experience in the Home Medical Equipment / Durable Medical Equipment (HMEDME) industry.
• Experience with home infusion billing and patient records management software.
• Prior experience with software implementation.
• Experience supporting users of EHR, EMR software
