QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful candidate will have strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail, strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with global clients and direct report management a plus.

Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desired. Experience in event management, corporate customer service, virtual learning platforms, and training and development preferred. Minimum qualifications include an undergraduate degree and three years of administrative experience or equivalent experience in a related area.

This role will work closely with their program and operations team. If desired, this position offers potential for upward mobility and growth pathways within operations and/or program design.
