The Corporate Paralegal will provide high-level substantive paralegal support to the General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel, management team, internal legal and compliance team, and relevant departments. This position will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing the full cycle of the contract process across multiple departments and types of agreements and act as a liaison between internal colleagues and the legal team.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience as a corporate or real estate paralegal, in a corporate or law firm setting, are required. A high level of experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Google Systems, and basic database and contract management systems is also required. Knowledge of research tools such as Westlaw and document management systems Ariba and iManage is preferred.

This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to work independently and self-correct. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills are necessary for this position. Must effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents, and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
