Responsibilities:
Management of administrative duties, daily operations, strategic growth planning, and implementation of various medical imaging department while handling the operating budget and capital planning. Oversees a wide range of imaging services, supports medical and nursing staff, and ensured compliance with both the hospital and regulatory agencies. Ability to effectively oversee 150+ full-time employees and high success in proactively implementing changes, strategies, and resolutions in a logical manner once an issue is identified.
Requirements:
- - ARRT Certified
- - Bachelor's degree required
- - Master's degree in management or related field is preferred
- - 3-5 years of experience
