Shift/Compensation: 1st Shift, $55-58k

Job Duties:

Maintenance of network equipment: servers, firewalls, networks, connections
Setup, troubleshooting and management of computers and related office equipment.
IT infrastructure management: PC, Printer, NAS, major date backup management, ERP ACE maintenance
GSPMS maintenance(familiarize with basic usage, contact Korean IT team in case of modification/development): A system with functions equivalent to MES(including logistics tracking system, etc.) and additional development of American corporations(identification of logistics status, etc.)
System Maintenance: SFMS-Automate assembly line material input program, FMSERP- Automated assembly line performance ERP transmission program, SQMS- Quality team measurement equipment inspection record linkage and report output program, FMS- system maintenance for automated assembly line, Maintenance of environment where work can be done remotely by South Korean IT team.

Background Profile:

Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, Bachelor's preferred.

5+ years of experience troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Server hardware and peripheral equipment in a manufacturing setting
Experience with use of logistics tracking systems
ERP
Data integration
Backup process and procedures
Software installation on individual user accounts as well as across network
Routine maintenance of computer equipment
